Meet the Founder

Rashid Al Kindi is the Founder of Phronesis Leadership, a leadership advisory firm built on the principle of phronesis — practical wisdom in action.

With over two decades of leadership experience in aviation, engineering, and other high-risk industries, Rashid advises boards, executives, and senior teams on how to navigate complexity with clarity, purpose, and strategic alignment.

A seasoned board member and PMP-certified project leader, he has led large-scale transformations in safety, culture, and operational performance across both public and private sectors.

Rashid is a PhD researcher at Cranfield University, where he explores the impact of organisational culture, leadership, and decision-making on safety performance in high-risk environments. He currently serves on the boards of several prestigious regional and institutional organisations, contributing strategic oversight and cultural insight at the highest levels.

His work is grounded in deep expertise in safety leadership, quality management, and project execution — and in the belief that leadership should create alignment, build trust, and drive sustainable impact.
